| Jerry Donnelson - The senior founding partner of DBR, Jerry started his recruiting career in 1961 as a generalist handling staffing for companies in Omaha, Nebraska and surrounding areas. When nationwide networking between recruiting firms became an establishment, Jerry became a leading producer on a national basis. In fact, he was NPA's #1 individual producer out of 1000+ recruiters in 1989, 1990 and 1991. His personal accrued production ranked him #1 in NPA for the period 1986-1993. With the onset of the Internet as a recruiting medium, he has established himself as a respected source for the recruiting efforts of many search firms and leading employers nationwide.

Mark Donnelson - Mark began recruiting in 1983. He enjoyed several award winning, top ten recruiter years for NPA in the late 80's and early 90's. His accrued NPA production ranked him #16 of 1000+ recruiters for the period 1986-1993. Prior to becoming a founding partner of DBR, he functioned as the coordinator of candidate selection and screening for a highly successful recruiting service supporting many search firms and leading employers nationwide. In addition, he handled computer systems and Internet marketing. He is highly adept at analyzing individual skills and attributes and matching those qualifications with current job searches. Mark is a generalist with a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of career fields.

| Craig Bond - Originally a music teacher, he started his recruiting career in 1997 as a systems developer and candidate screener for the same very successful recruiting service represented by the Donnelsons, prior to becoming a founding partner of DBR. Craig has established himself as a leader in locating the talent employers are seeking in today's complex job market. Craig is also a generalist covering most job disciplines.
